Born in 1985, Finnish artist Johannes Ylipää is renowned for his multidisciplinary approach to digital art. His portfolio spans digital, sound, and visual mediums, with a notable emphasis on electro-acoustic compositions, interactive sound installations, and algorithmic visual art. A defining moment in his career was a full-length solo compositional concert at the Helsinki Music Center in 2014, when he was just 29. Johannes’s art has graced prestigious venues like the University of the Arts, Järvenpää Art Museum, Tampere Biennale, Gray Cube Gallery, and Oulu Art Museum. He’s also been showcased at HAM - Museum of Modern Art in Helsinki and was a finalist at the Salmela 2023 Young Artist competition.
